Our System Design process encompasses customised layout, electrical design, mechanical design, safety design, fluid design, plc/control design and full CE Marking and Certification.
CAD
DRAWINGS PROVIDE A PROJECTS FOUNDATION
Based on the specification provided, 2D Electrical Schematics, 2D and 3D layouts and mechanical drawings are generated using Auto CAD and Solid Works. These drawings provide the foundation for the Design Construction, Adoption Drawings and As Built Drawings. Full and final documentation will be provided throughout the project.
PLC/HMI PROGRAMMING
MAXIMISING PRODUCTIVITY
Thorough and methodical creation of layouts minimise downtime, ease fault finding enabling subsequent sequence programming to maximise productivity. The user friendly interface, which includes simple explanatory diagrams and descriptions, is operationally efficient with centralised controls conveniently located beside the operator that allow for variations in the product and production requirements.
PANEL BUILDING
EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS
Panels are designed and wired by our experienced technicians according to Regulations, Directives and client specification. Commissioning and installation is also completed according to Directives.
INSTALLATION
EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS
Under supervision we provide subcontract the Electrical, Pneumatic and Mechanical installation to one of our preferred business partners.
- Mechanical installation incorporates adherence to footprint specifications, machine alignment, levelling and machining securing.
- Pneumatic installation connects the main power supply to the machines power supply.
- Electrical installation comprises of panel installation, distributor connection, isolating (lock out and tag out) as well as laying conduit trunking, cable trays, trunk cables, network cables, power cables and individual device cables. Finally new panels need to be integrated into the existing machinery and interfacing between the control panels and existing machinery enabled.
COMMISSIONING
- EARTH BONDING: Earth continuity check - highest unit of current goes to earth
- DRY COMMISSIONING: IO checking, device checking
- SAFETY COMMISSIONING: Guard switches, light curtains, emergency stops are operational and meet standards
- FUNCTIONAL COMMISSIONING: ?Program checking, parts interact properly
- SYSTEM COMMISSIONING: Overview of all checks - fully functional and operationally coherent

We provide a comprehensive education that specialises in electrical, mechanical, safety, automation, process control and supervision training. Additionally we also provide detailed user manuals, a help line and a call out facility.
MAINTENANCE
FULL AFTER SALES BACKUP
Maintenance of machines installed and commissioned includes a full after sales backup service, detailed user manuals and future recommendations. Bespoke warranties are also available on request and are subject to terms and conditions.
